Preparing Tomorrow's Athletes is all about giving athletes a chance to train with professionals that will help them reach their full potential. Through private and group training, we train so when the moment comes, it's not new to us.

GROUP TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Basketball Skills: Mon, Tues & Thurs 4:30-6pm | 6-7:30pm
Speed & Agility: Tues 6-7:30pm & Thurs 4:30-6pm | 6-7:30pm
Defensive Lineman/Linebackers: Tues & Thurs 7:30-8:30pm
Soccer Skills: Mon & Tues 4:30-6
We also offer specialized training with our ball distribution machine, Dr. Dish, and Vertimax resistance training programs. These are made by appointment only.
